You find the signup when clicking the login button, and below the login button you have a link. You can reset your password should you have forgotten your password, by entering your email that you registered and a email will be sent to your email with a link that you click.
Yes you can reset your games, badges, xp and stats but keeping your coins. You can delete your account if you are unhappy with the service. You find this in the players menu "EDIT", you find the player page at the top right, clicking your alias and then the EDIT tab.
There are no refunds, you have been given full details what you get by paying or pledging the kickstarter and I have not included any functions for refunds.
You get game items by collecting items in game or gaining coins by finishing games and watching ads. You can for now pledge on kickstarter to get coins when the kickstarter is funded. You can not get a refund or if you buy some game items, upgrade your guns or buy a map, there are no refunds or changes. There are logs for all the coin system and any hacking will be considered as a criminal act.
You need to have a valid email, if you win I will email you ask for full details from you so I know where I can send the prize, those details are not saved in any system, should you win a second time I would ask you again, this way you dont have to store your full information on the website, and it will only regard the monthly prizes for now.
The game has been tested in Firefox, Chrome and Edge. We recommend you use Microsoft Edge if you use Windows, and have no other tabs or other browsers open. Make sure you have no other games or programs running to ensure a smoother experience. The game has been tested on a PC laptop. Intel Pentium CPU 4415U @ 2.30GHz, 16GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 610 1GB. And it runs smooth enough when no other tabs are taking power.
There are some known cranks that I have allowed to stay such as:
If you have 0 bullets and shoot at the head, it will not destroy your multiplier.
There is an issue where if you hit the outer line of the target, it will not register 100% correct (I assume in reality hitting someone hardly on the skin, would not result in taking down any targets anyways).
When trying to shoot a barrel, make sure to have the front target completely away from the barrel to be sure it would register as a hit, sometimes should you only have one bullet left it might be a dead bullet to shoot on barrels, make sure to have two minimum left.
If you have your cursor above the exploded barrel and an item appears behind it, you might have to move your cursor off the item and on it again to register it to be on the item. Some items even though they are visible needs to be completley visibile before you can click on them.
When you get kicked out you are sent to a page which explains to you why you were kicked out from your game, we can't do anything about it and it's all written in the rules. To make sure you are not kicked out from a game, make sure to have a continous connection to not lose connection with the server and play without trying to manipulate the game in any way.
The whole Blazing Knight website and game is only made for 1920x1080px (1080p) resolution today.
